Complain, not long the taxicab guy arrived as i went over the house gate, i could smell this perfume-y scent so strong and it pierces through the cold morning air, i was about to vomit, and he helped me to bring the carry on into the cars trunk, when the trunks door swung open this waft of fragrance both cold from the ac and warm from the engine wafted all over me i was dizzy, and then the car ride from our home to the bus station i was dead silent holding not to vomit, the car ride was silent, we were all exhausted and still sleepy 12 years later i discovered chance by chanel to be the exact scent of that car, and that memory of me and my parents, it was not a good happy or even sad memory, it was just a memory, but it made me feel many things, i feel both nauseous and somehow happy i am an orphant by 22, my mom passed when i was 17 and my dad at 22, such a strange perfume, somehow i know chance is not a best seller but i believe this was the fragrance of the time back then, in the early 2000, God i hate it but i also love it, i cant part ways with it it feels like im with my mom and dad in that taxicab nauseous because of this smell, we were silent, we were tired but we were going somewhere Technically this fragrance smelled like what vanilla tincture and patchouli oil with musk wouldve smelled like, very earthy somewhat abstract, possibly unisex very chic and classy, not a floozy, this if this was the big sister of all chances this would definitely be the big sister, shes stubborn, wise, and also carefree, she protects and nurture I cannot describe this fragrance any better than this few words Chance is like long awaited hug this is THE perfume you imagine when you imagine an older, classy, old money woman's scent
